Memorial Day means something on the coast. We've got military families woven into every neighborhood from Gulfport to Ocean Springs — Keesler Air Force Base, the Naval Construction Battalion Center, and generations of veterans who came home and built the communities we still serve today.
Our showroom is closed Monday, May 25 so our team can be with their families and pay respects. We open back up Tuesday, May 26 with eight days of savings on the materials our customers have been planning their projects around.

Flooring is what we're best known for on the coast, but the sale runs across the whole showroom. The discount covers materials from our participating vendors:
Flooring — hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and waterproof flooring
Tile — porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaic, and large-format tile
Cabinetry — kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, custom built-ins, and pantry storage

If you've been planning a remodel for summer, fall, or even next spring, the Memorial Day Sale is the right window to lock in pricing. Here's why:

Cabinetry, custom countertops, and many flooring products are special-order. Even if you're not ready to start the build until fall, ordering during the sale means:
You lock in 2026 pricing before vendor increases that typically hit mid-year

A 50% deposit holds your pricing
We don't require full payment to honor the sale. A 50% deposit during the sale window secures your pricing, even on materials that ship in 6 or 8 weeks. The balance is due when the materials arrive.
Bring your contractor or designer — or come in as one
If you're a homeowner, bring your contractor or designer in during the sale. If they're buying materials on your behalf, the 15% trade discount applies to the materials line on your bid.
If you're a trade pro, this is the week to load up. The 15% applies across all participating materials — stack it across multiple jobs on your books for the rest of the summer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the FC Design Center Memorial Day Sale better than what I'd see at a big box store?
We won't go head-to-head on the cheapest builder-grade vinyl plank — those races to the bottom aren't where we play. What we will do is beat big-box on mid-grade and premium materials (real hardwood, designer tile, semi-custom and custom cabinetry, stone countertops) — and we offer something Lowe's and Home Depot can't: a designer who walks your project with you, real installers we know personally, and one phone number for the entire job.
Can I combine the Memorial Day discount with my existing quote?
Yes. If we've already quoted your project, bring or email us your quote and we'll apply the 10% (or 15% for trade pros) to the participating material line items. You don't have to start the quote over.
How long do I have to take delivery?
A 50% deposit during the sale window locks your pricing. Materials need to be ordered by close of business on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 to qualify. Delivery and install can be scheduled any time afterward.
Do you serve outside Gulfport?
Yes — across South Mississippi. Our regular delivery and install range covers Gulfport, Biloxi, Long Beach, Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis, D'Iberville, St. Martin, Ocean Springs, and surrounding communities. For projects further out — Hattiesburg, Picayune, Wiggins — we'll quote delivery on a case-by-case basis.
What if I'm a contractor, builder, designer, or installer?
You get 15% off participating materials during the sale. Stop in or call 228.563.5509 to set up a trade account if you don't have one yet. We work with trade pros across the coast — builders, GCs, remodelers, designers, and installers — and can match most material specs from your project plans, including takeoffs and submittal documentation.
Are samples free?
Yes. Take any flooring, tile, or countertop sample home during the sale — see how the finish looks in your actual lighting before you commit. We'd rather you take 3 samples home for free than buy 100 sq ft of something that's wrong for your space.
